General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1 - Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Biwarm, whose registered office is located at 69 Rue François Premier, 75008 Paris, France, reachable at the email address: contact@biwarm.com, and its customers in connection with the online sale of products.

Article 2 - Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC). Biwarm reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Article 3 - Orders

Any order placed on our site constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the customer and Biwarm. Validation of your order implies acceptance of these GTC.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment is made online securely by credit card or any other payment method offered on the site. The order will only be validated after payment confirmation.

Article 5 - Delivery

Delivery times are indicated on our Delivery page. Biwarm undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver within the announced deadlines.

Article 6 - Guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the Consumer Code.

Article 7 - Liability

Biwarm cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure.

Article 8 - Applicable Law

These GTC are subject to French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
