Biwarm, located at 69 Rue François Premier, 75008 Paris, France (contact@biwarm.com), is committed to delivering your orders under the best possible conditions.
1. Delivery Zone
We deliver within mainland France, to French overseas departments and territories, and to many international countries. Available zones and rates are indicated during checkout.
2. Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are then as follows:
- Mainland France: 3 to 7 business days
- Europe: 7 to 14 business days
- International: 10 to 21 business days
These times are indicative and may vary depending on carriers and periods of high activity.
3. Order Tracking
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your package directly via the provided link.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and the chosen delivery method. They are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
5. Delays and Delivery Problems
In case of a delay or delivery problem, please contact our customer service at contact@biwarm.com, providing your order number. We will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
6. Damaged or Missing Delivery
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos. We will arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate.
