Returns and Refund Policy

Biwarm, located at 69 Rue François Premier, 75008 Paris, France (contact@biwarm.com), is committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, here is our returns policy.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must:

• Be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition
• Be returned in its complete original packaging (accessories, manual, etc.)
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@biwarm.com stating:

• Your order number
• The product(s) concerned
• The reason for the return

We will provide you with return instructions within 48 business hours.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

5. Refund

After receiving and checking the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days via the payment method used during the order.

6. Defective or Non-compliant Products

In case of a defective product or one that does not conform to your order, contact us immediately at contact@biwarm.com with photos. We will cover the return costs and proceed with a replacement or a full refund.

7. Legal Guarantee

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code.
